The fast foods preservatives and environmental toxins play an important part in the amount of toxins we carry in our bodies.  Cleaning supplies and pesticides are absorbed as toxins in our bodies.  This class will demonstrate methods of how you can detox your body for energy, mental clarity and sound sleep to name a few.

Balancing Your Energy Centers with Essential Oils

Learn which oils are beneficial to each energy center and increase the flow of life force energy to that area.  You will make your own oil for one of the energy centers.

Aromatherapy

Learn the benefits of essential oils for relaxation, wellness and cleaning.  You will be making products that can be used as gifts or personal use.  You will receive a certificate upon completion of this class.
