Meditation and Spiritual Development                         Pat DePrima

If you are one of the many people who feel unfocused, stressed and unable to relax and slow yourself down, then plan on attending our meditation class on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month.  No need to be a person who meditates daily to attend this class and, in fact, we encourage the novice to attend.  You will learn how simple it can be and how beneficial it is for your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being, when you slow down and allow your spiritual side to speak with you.

Healing Energy Exchange                                           Pat DePrima

A great way to practice Reiki, in addition to any other healing modalities you practice.  This is a special evening where all Reiki practitioners are invited and encouraged to attend.   If you have never received a Reiki treatment, then this is an opportunity to feel the energy.  See what Dr. Oz has said about the benefits of Reiki. Each participant will receive a Reiki treatment.  We welcome those to come who have no experience, but have the curiosity. Open to family and friends.  No experience is necessary to give and receive.

Explore personal rhythms.  Connect with the Earth.  And contact the ancestors.  Follow the beat to hear and feel the messages they send.  Bring your own drum if you have one.  Come anyway if you don’t and use one of ours.

The Goddess.  The Celts knew her. So did the Egyptians and the Greeks.  The Hindus revere her many faces to this day.  Every culture knows some aspect of her and She continues to pervade our awareness.  This introductory class will help us rediscover the goddess within ourselves.  We will look at the Goddess trinity of the maiden, Mother and Wise Woman and see how She is reflected in each of us.  Her stories are now ours to recover and embrace.  Our modern world needs her to restore balance.  By restoring the ancient goddesses and the feminine face of the divine, we restore ourselves.

Past Life Workshop                                                Jerrold Donington

In the first part of the workshop, Jerrold will explain the theory of reincarnation and multiple lives. He will talk about the discovery of his own multiple lives and how these were healed to improve his current state of health and open up his spiritual gifts. He will also explain the technique of past-life regression meditation.

 

In the next part of the workshop, Jerrold will lead the group in a guided past-life meditation. Many will have amazing revelations, and will be encouraged to share with the group. Past-life experiences will be explored for their real significance, including any lessons for the current life. The meditation will be repeated to reveal even more for the group. For some, this may be a cathartic experience, and Jerrold can provide healing and comforting for those who need it.

Our lives are so crazy, busy, we’re being pulled in different directions that we forgot, or don’t realize that there is so much more in our lives to be grateful for?  We’ll discuss the what, why and how to be grateful.  How fear and forgiveness (or lack of) holds us back.  We will also discuss the relationships between a mother and daughter, family, and friends and how to slow down and find the happiness and joy in our lives.  We’ll have a meditation that will leave us relaxed and peaceful.
