CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle method of detection and correction that encourages the person’s own natural healing mechanisms to eliminate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system. The cranium is the collection of bone housing the brain and is often called the skull.
The sacrum refers to the lower parts of the skeletal system, especially the pelvic regions. CranioSacral therapy therefore, is a therapy that works on the body from top to bottom.
CranioSacral therapy helps a multitude of problems and seems to produce impressive results in many cases where Western medicine can offer no cure. It is particularly useful in treating children with learning difficulties and/or behavioral problems and in treating speech problems, seizures, head injuries, obstetrical problems, ear complaints, and muscle/bone injuries.

Healing Touch is a holistic energy therapy that emphasizes compassionate, heart-centered care in which the healing touch provider and client are equal partners in facilitating health and healing. Healing Touch complements conventional health care and is also used in collaboration with other approaches to health and healing.

Hypnosis
Positive suggestions are given in a deeply relaxed state. It is used for many issues including increasing self-confidence, weight reduction, stress reduction, enhancing creativity, pain reduction and smoking cessation.
The word hypnosis originated from the Greek word hypnos meaning, “sleep”. Hypnotherapy is generally regarded as a very real and potentially powerful healing tool.

Reiki
Used to balance the subtle energies of the body and aligning the body’s energy centers, removing emotional blockages, stress, and pain, and accelerating natural healing.
Reiki is fast becoming one of the most popular and widely taught therapies in the Western world.
Reiki comes from two Japanese words, rei and ki (loosely translated as “universal” and “energy”) and is a healing system based on unconditional love. Practitioners and students learn how to tap into the healing energies of the higher spiritual planes and channel them into a patient.
It is a form of “laying on of hands” but with no religion, only spirituality and love.
