You will learn how simple it can be and how beneficial it is for your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being, when you slow down and allow your spiritual side to speak with you. In this 4-week program, Dr. Jen will teach about the body’s system of detoxification and how to support them. Monday, January 23rd: Loving Your Liver – An introduction to detoxification and the role of the liver in eliminating toxins from the body.   Animals are very intuitive and spiritual beings. We’ll explore the animals of this vast world. Why do certain animals come into our lives and how to communicate with them? Do animals have healing powers? We’ll talk about animals in the spirit world and what our animals can teach us. There will be a meditation to connect and send healing to all animals. Bring pictures of your companion animals (present or past or an animal species that you love – elephants, dolphins, butterflies). Please no live animals.
