  If you are one of the many people who feel unfocused, stressed and unable to relax and slow yourself down, then plan on attending our meditation class on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month. No need to be a person who meditates daily to attend this class and, in fact, we encourage the novice to attend. You will learn how simple it can be and how beneficial it is for your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being, when you slow down and allow your spiritual side to speak with you.   Do you want Increased Mental Clarity, Increased Energy, Pain Relief, More Restful Sleep, and Better Digestion? We combine the knowledge you need to do things in your everyday life, as well as provide wonderful techniques for that extra boost. In this 4-week program, Dr. Jen will teach about the body’s system of detoxification and how to support them. Thursday, May 17th: Loving Your Liver – An introduction to detoxification and the role of the liver in eliminating toxins from the body. Thursday, May 24th: GI Support – Caring for the digestive tract. Introduction to Food allergies/sensitivities and how to promote GI tract healing and repair. Thursday, May 31st: Calming Down the Troops – How to control inflammation with diet. What does it mean to be inflamed? Thursday, June 7th: Bring It All Home – Guidance for reintroducing foods back into your diet and how to reduce exposure to toxins in your environment after the detox is over. Classes Thursdays May 17th, 24th, 31st & June 7th 7:00 – 9:00 PM Fee: $100 Additional services offered to complete the Detoxification Program: Two Hydrotherapy treatments, One Infrared Sauna and One Ionic Foot Detox Treatment. Fee: $100. If paid in full, you will receive an additional Ionic Foot Detox treatment. at 7:00 pm

You will learn and practice techniques in reflexology, Reiki, Cranio Sacral therapy, Hawaiian Healing (Lomi Lomi) which include acupressure points, bone washing and more.
