About Elaine Stolarski

Elaine Stolarski, OTR
Elaine Stolarski is a founding member of the Life’s Gifts Unfolded, Inc. She is a complementary therapist and a licensed occupational therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Suny at Buffalo. Elaine volunteers her time as the Occupational Therapist for the Parkinson Wellness Group of Western New York. She has done great lectures at ECC, D’Youville, UB Colleges, and has actively participated in health & wellness fairs. Her philosophy is that “We are all responsible for our own health – physical, emotional and spiritual.” Elaine works at Buffalo General as the Lead Occupational Therapist.

She is a Reiki practitioner and has received certification in Hypnotherapy, Lomi Lomi, Craniosacral therapy, Tai Chi 12-Step.

Elaine volunteers her time as the Occupational Therapist for the Parkinson Wellness Group of Western New York. She has done great lectures at ECC, D’Youville, UB Colleges, and has actively participated in health & wellness fairs.

Her philosophy is that “We are all responsible for our own health – physical, emotional and spiritual.” We should work to achieve a balance within our work, play and self-care roles. “Occupation” refers to your “roles” in life, be that of a parent, student, child or friend and when we have imbalance it affects our roles in life. Complementary therapies are a great way to maintain a balance between Eastern and Western medicine.

Elaine works at Buffalo General as the Lead Occupational Therapist.
